THE JUNGLE BOOK is a Norwegian free adapation - with well composed music - of Rudyard Kipling's book The Jungle Book, which was written in the last century, was originally written for an adult audience.
The plot is the well-known about the orphant boy Mowgli, who grow up in the forest, where he meets the sensible panter Bagheera, Baloo the bear, who is friends with everybody and the frightening and falsh snake Kaa.
Since the premiere in 1989 it has been performed by numerous theatres professionel as well as amateurtheatre.
